How do you think the money coming to Maine by way of the American Rescue Plan Act should be spent?
Maine municipalities are mulling over how and where to allocate the funds coming from the federal government. In Waterville, one possibility thrown into the ring by councilors was to give $1,000 bonuses to city staff and first-responders, but other ideas are coming to the fore.
