WATERVILLE — Denelle Eldridge scored 13 points to lead the Waterville girls basketball team to a 54-47 win over Maranacook in a Class B game on Wednesday.

Gabriella Maines and Mara Von Oesen each added nine points for the Purple Panthers (9-3).

Natalie Mohlar led the Black Bears (6-7) with 18 points, while Allie Labelle and Ella Schmidt each added eight points.

 

RANGELEY 81, TEMPLE ACADEMY 21: Five players scored in double digits as the Lakers (7-1) glided past the Bereans (2-11) in an East/West game in Rangeley.

Winnie LaRochelle had the hot with 23 points followed by teammate Emily Eastlack who scored 18. Isa Whittier helped with 15 points and Cheyanne Avery and Jazmyn Robishaw each scored 11 points.

For Temple, Ella Baker dropped in 11 points.

 

HALL-DALE 73, OAK HILL 32: Amanda Trepenier scored 14 points to lead the Bulldogs to a Mountain Valley Conference win over the Raiders in Farmingdale.

Jade Graham and Hayden Madore each scored 12 points, while KK Wills added 10 points for Hall-Dale (15-0).

Gabby Chessie and Paige Gonya each scored nine points for Oak Hill (7-8).

SPRUCE MOUNTAIN 42, CARRABEC 36, OT: Jaydn Pingree scored 21 points lead the Phoenix to an MVC win over the Cobras in North Anson.

Olivia Masteen added nine points for Spruce Mountain (11-3).

Courtney Rollins and Molly Hay each scored eight points for Carrabec (11-2).

 

DIRIGO 46, MADISON 43: Destiny LeClerc scored 11 points to lead the Cougars to an MVC win over the Bulldogs in Madison.

Megan Fletcher, Alyvia Perreault and Abby Stevens each scored eight points for Dirigo (9-6).

Hailey Paquet led Madison (8-6) with 11 points, while Alison Griffeth added 10 points.

 

MESSALONSKEE 48, MCI 43: Ashley Mullen scored 25 points to lead the Eagles to a win over the Huskies in Oakland.

Brennan Doran scored 13 points, grabbed 14 rebounds and had eight blocks for Messalonskee (3-8).

Anna Dospelova led MCI (6-8) with 12 points, while Natalie Sites added 10 points.

LEAVITT 73, MCI 52: Sawyer Hathaway threw in 24 points, knocked down four 3-pointers and credited with six rebounds and five assists to lead the Hornets (10-5) past the Huskies (3-13) in Turner.

Ben Sirois scored 12 points and six assists and Ian Red Stone had 10 points and 10 rebounds for Leavitt.
