Monday, Feb. 28, at 11:27 a.m., Chak L. To, 76, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of unlawful sexual contact and unlawful sexual touching. The offenses, according to a recent grand jury indictment, allegedly occurred Nov. 14, 2020, in Augusta and involved a victim who was less than 14 years old.
11:32 p.m., Khrystal L. O’Neil, 30, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant and charged with violating condition of release.
Wednesday, March 2, at 7:19 p.m., Elizabeth Fogg, 70, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of violating condition of release and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

Thursday, March 3, at 12:20 p.m., Aaron C. Engroff, 32, of Augusta, was arrested, after turning himself in to Kennebec County Sheriff’s Office after a warrant was issued for his arrest, and charged with three counts of unlawful sexual contact and three counts of unlawful sexual touching.
