The Public Theatre presents “The Victorian Ladies’ Detective Collective,” a kind of female “Sherlock Holmes” meets “Arsenic & Old Lace” in an entertaining murder mystery with a modern female sensibility. When a series of single women are mysteriously murdered in a London neighborhood, two strong-willed sisters team up with an American actress to catch the killer and solve the crime. Performances are Friday, Nov. 4, at 7:30 p.m.; Saturday, Nov. 5, at 7:30 p.m.; Sunday, Nov. 6, at 2 p.m.; Thursday, Nov. 10, at 7:30 p.m.; Friday, Nov. 11, at 7:30 p.m.; Saturday, Nov. 12, at 3 p.m. and at 7:30 p.m.; and Sunday, Nov. 13, at 2 p.m. Tickets are $25.
