The new workweek starts off dry with cooler weather in the forecast by Tuesday. But that will all change by the evening hours on Wednesday as rain moves in from the west with another storm moving into Maine.
A strong southerly wind will keep this a warm, not white storm. The wind will be gusting to more than 40 mph at times Wednesday night into Thursday before it switches to the northwest and we dry out.
This could bring some power outages to the coast and on the hilltops.
As we dry out and cool off on Thursday things will quiet down late in the day through Friday. We make another run for 50 degrees to end the workweek with the rollercoaster ride continuing.
A few showers are expected for the upcoming weekend, but nothing significant at this time.
