BRUNSWICK — Jaiden Dodge scored off a deflection with 50 seconds left to give Skowhegan a 1-0 win over Brunswick in field hockey action Saturday.
Kayori Kenyon made six saves for Skowhegan (8-2). Ella Duchette stopped 11 shots for Brunswick (2-6-2).
MT. BLUE 7, LEWISTON 0: Three players scored two goals apiece as the Cougars won in Farmington.
Abbi Donald, Grace Allen and Lily Huntley each had two goals for Mt. Blue (5-2), with Donald netting her first two at the varsity level. Alyssa Parker also scored. Huntley and Bree Griffin dished out two assists, while Donald, Allen, Piper Wojcik. Morgan Hersey and Summer Sawyer had one each.
Sarah Mack made 14 saves in goal for Lewiston (3-5-1).
BOYS SOCCER
MT. BLUE 6, MOUNTAIN VALLEY 0: Agusti Garcia netted a hat trick as the Cougars won in Farmington.
Nate Zeliger had two goals and an assist for Mt. Blue (4-4), and Kaden Smith added a goal and an assist. Nick Overton, Julian Reynolds and Connor Greenleaf also assisted.
Mt. Blue keeper Kooper Keller stopped one shot, while Ben DeSalle made 14 saves for Mountain Valley (0-8-2).
RICHMOND 4, SACOPEE VALLEY 1: Four different players scored to lead the Bobcats to the win in Richmond.
Ben Fournier, Leeum Dufresne, Brady Alexander and Kenny Mecham all scored a goal for Richmond (6-1-0). Dave Edwards made seven saves.
Fifa Siraj scored for Sacopee Valley (0-7-0) and Chris Mitchell stopped eight shots.
FRYEBURG ACADEMY 5, MARANACOOK 0: Andre DiMolfetta had three goals and Pepe Pardo scored the other two for the Raiders (6-4) against the Black Bears (2-6) in Fryeburg.
Aiden Clement stopped three shots for the shutout. Grant Walters made 10 saves for Maranacook.
GIRLS SOCCER
RANGELEY 4, TELSTAR 1: The Lakers earned the win in Rangeley.
Hayley Smith scored an unassisted goal for Telstar (1-7-0), while Baylee Dunham made her debut in goal.
Rangeley improves to 5-4-0.
RICHMOND 7, SACOPEE VALLEY 0: Aubrey Swift, Eden Balduf and Breonna Dufresne each had two goals in a victory in Richmond.
Sam Leathers added a goal for the Bobcats (4-4-1).
The Hawks fell to 0-9-0.
