Gerard Boutin and wife Susan Boutin of Winslow pass the Friends Church bell Tuesday displayed by the Winthrop History and Heritage Center in downtown Winthrop. The bell, made at the Meneely Company in West Troy, N.Y., in 1883, is 48 inches wide at the base.
