Lydia Garofalo, Maranacook sophomore: A Mountain Valley Conference second-team selection as well as a Central Maine All-Region pick, Garofalo was a key component for a team that went 15-1 last spring and won its second Class C title in three years. With the graduation of Varsity Maine All-State selection Claire Dwyer, Garofalo will be counted on heavily in the lineup. She qualified for the MPA state singles tournament last year, falling in the first round.

Lilah Goldey, Cony senior: The returning Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class B Player of the Year and a Central Maine All-Region selection, Goldey will once again lead a strong squad. Last spring, Goldey reached the second round of the state singles tourney before falling to Adea Cobaj of Yarmouth.

Kira Gregor, Cony junior: Last season was all about getting healthy for Gregor, who missed a chunk of the season because of a knee surgery. Gregor qualified for the state singles tournament as a No. 9 seed her freshman year — and in the quarterfinals became the first player to take a game from eventual state champion Sofia Mavor — and, now healthy, will make an excellent 1-2 combination with Lilah Goldey.

Piper Hamilton, Waterville senior: A KVAC Class B second-team selection at No. 2 singles, Hamilton will be a trusted veteran leader for a team that reached the Class B North semifinals and is looking to take the next step.

Sadie St. Peter, Waterville junior: A KVAC Class B first-team pick at No. 3 singles, the Central Maine All-Region selection is one of the top returners for the Purple Panthers. Last year, St. Peter qualified for the state singles tournament, falling to Madelynn Deprey of Caribou in the first round.
