David Willett
GUNTERSVILLE, Ala. – David Willett, 78, of Guntersville, Ala., passed away peacefully on Sept. 27, 2026, after a brief illness.
David lived his life the way he played golf: with patience, integrity and a deep appreciation for the company he kept. He will be remembered for the way he loved his family, his sense of humor and the 11 aces he managed to get in his lifetime.
David was born in Waterville, Maine, graduated from Waterville High School and Thomas College and worked for Huhtamaki until his retirement.
David is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Pat; his three children Jeff (Jessica), Sarah (Jon), Justin (Kristin); his six grandchildren; and his brothers Bruce and Garry.
There will be a celebration of life in Maine, in July 2027.
