At The Lobster Co. in Arundel last December, Dan Warner places a cold pack on top of live lobsters in a foam container to be shipped to China. Maine exports to China, driven largely by lobsters, pulp and paper and computers, have decreased over the past three years. Exports through August are up incrementally.
