Maine statewide snow depths: March 2015
Recent storms in northern Maine have increased the snowpack depth over the last week, while southern Maine has seen a slight decrease in depth. Overall, cold temperatures in March have prevented melting, which means the threat of flooding next month in coastal and central Maine is above normal, according to the National Weather Service. Mouse over the map’s figures, complied by the River Flow Advisory Commission, to see snow depth and water content details for each location, or use the buttons to compare data for different dates.
