Work is underway at the Alfond Municipal Pool at the North Street Recreation Center in Waterville Thursday. Metal around the pool is being replaced while sidewalks around the pool complex are being replaced and resurfaced according to excavator Ricky Gagne with R & S Excavation of Greene.
