    More repairs and improvements are underway at the Alfond Municipal Pool at the North Street Recreation Center in Waterville. Metal around the pool is being replaced while sidewalks around the pool complex are being replaced and resurfaced, according to Ricky Gagne of R & S Excavation of Greene.
