    Three members of the Bike Factory are now paid employees at the Community Bicycle Center in Biddeford and work on bikes that will be sold at the Bicycle Coalition of Maine's Bike Swap on April 26 at USM's Sullivan Gym.     Steven Thurlow, age 12, gets training from Andy Greif at the Community Bicycle Center in Biddeford. The group recently moved into a larger facility that allows for tool display on the walls and plenty of space for the kids to fix bikes and learn life lessons like courtesy, responsibility, hard work and problem solving, according to Greif, the executive director.
