Since supporters of the Kennebec Valley YMCA successfully raised more than $200,000 in its 2013 Annual Campaign, John and Charlene Bridge, who'd set the challenge, donated $100,000 to the Kennebec Valley YMCA for surpassing its annual goal. The event was the first of many planned through out the year to celebrate the 100th birthday fo the KVYMCA.
