    The gates opened at 3 p.m. to the general public who, tickets in hand, had been waiting almost an hour in a line that stretched down the street. Staff confirmed the entrants' ages and tickets before granting entrance to the section of Water Street which had been closed for the Skowhegan Craft Brew Festival on Saturday.
