Bass fisherman Brent Ehrler casts his line as part of the Major League Fishing held in August on Messalonskee Lake, China Lake, Great Pond and Long Pond. The professional bass fishing competition will be telecast on cable television’s Outdoors Channel this weekend.

Professional bass fisherman Aaron Martens, of Alabama, holds a fish he just caught in China Lake for a judge to weigh during a competitive bass fishing event held in August.
