Children from the Waterville area take part in the kickoff of the AOS 92 free summer meals program, held at Winslow Elementary School Monday. Children under 18 can take advantage of the free lunch program this summer at AOS 92 schools, including Waterville, Winslow and Vassalboro, and at other school districts across the state.

The Winslow Fire Department opened up firetrucks for children to explore during the kick off of the AOS 92 free summer meals program at Winslow Elementary School. The department also ran a smokehouse for kids, to promote carbon monoxide awareness.
