Nordic skier Sam Ross of Sidney said he likes skiing at the now open Quarry Road Recreation Center as snow guns cover trails while another skier outside the Welcome Center yurt heads out on Sunday.
Caroline Mathes, Welcome Center coordinator at the Quarry Road Recreation Center in Waterville, said Sunday that the center's trails were well populated over the weekend.
