A little bit of the orange glow of dawn can be seen just on the horizon in the overcast sky at 6:36 a.m. at the cold and cloudy start of the sunrise Easter service along the banks of the Kennebec River on Sunday in Gardiner's Waterfront Park. Over a 100 people gathered for the service that was presented by Gardiner Area Ministers Association and included pastors and members from eight churches.
