Linda Thebarge shops at the Skills Inc. Thrift store in Skowhegan on Wednesday that is slated to close March 13. Thebarge said she shops for other people like fire victims and women from the shelter regularly at the store. “This will be devastating for people when the store closes,” Thebarge said. “It is very important place for this area.”
