Visitors to Common Street Arts in downtown Waterville take in “Art on Wheels” at the exhibit’s opening Saturday. The show features digital prints by Waterville artist Kico Passalacqua as well as two decorated bicycles, a hand-built bicycle, a refurbished bicycle and a bicycle sculpture by local artists.
