Donna Wall has her son Christopher lie down on her bed so she can put eye drops in his irritated eye before she puts him to bed. Wall takes care of three of her adult children who have autism. Her twin boys, Christopher and Brandon, 19, are nonverbal and require near constant care. Wall was cut off of Medicaid when her twin boys turned 18 in June 2016 and Gov. LePage made the cutbacks to adults without children. Every night after putting her children to bed Wall leaves to deliver papers for the Sun Journal until about 6 am.
