    This American flag by Thomas Moser was designed in 2015 and is made from American black walnut from river bottomland in Missouri, black cherry from the Allegheny plateau of Pennsylvania and rock maple from Maine. It is on display in the MECA gallery with two Shaker style ladderback chairs made a year apart and shows ongoing improvement in design according to Moser.
