Don’t pay lawmakers in Congress until they do job

How is it that our paid elected officials cannot do their jobs, yet hard-working American citizens are furloughed from their jobs because of Congress' ineffectiveness? We should not pay our lawmakers in Congress until they do their job. They need to pass a budget as the Congress has been doing for 200 years.

As president, I would outlaw all political parties

If only I was president. The first thing I would do is to outlaw all political parties. No more Democrats, no more Republicans, no more Green, no more tea, no more lobbyists, no more special interest groups. Let's be done with all of them.

Congressional benefits are the real welfare package

Congressional benefits include free health care the rest of their lives, along with outrageous retirement packages, 67 paid holidays, three weeks paid vacation, unlimited paid sick days. And don't forget all the free overseas fact-finding tours (vacations) they take every year. I think they have to serve only one term to get full retirement plus all the other perks that go with this job.
