AUGUSTA — Nathan Mackenzie, 21, of Bowdoinham, won the Gasping Gobbler 5K in a tme of 16 minutes, 30.68 seconds on Thursday at Cony High School in Augusta.

There were 242 finishers in the event that is a fundraiser for the school’s athletics booster club.

Temple’s Tess Cote was the highest-finishing woman in 19:44.37.
