Several people were sentenced in separate hearings Tuesday and Wednesday in Kennebec County Superior Court, including:

• Calvin D. Ballard Jr., 52, of Chelsea, operating under the influence and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, Nov. 5, 2010, in Windsor; five-day jail sentence, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

• William R. Dickinson, 43, of Fairfield, operating while license suspended or revoked Dec. 24, 2010, in Oakland; $500 fine.

• Jason M. Foster, 30, of Oakland, criminal mischief Jan. 10 and violating condition of release Jan. 20 in Winthrop; 24-hour jail sentence, credit for time served, $300 fine.

• Francis M. Rumery, 29, of Augusta, terrorizing Dec. 3, 2010, in Oakland; 364-day jail sentence, all suspended, one-year administrative release, $300 fine.

• William C. Jefferson, 63, of Winslow, OUI Jan. 7 in Benton; four-day jail sentence (to be served in the alternative sentencing program), $700 fine, 90-day license suspension.

• Trevor W. Laroche, 32, of Arundel, criminal attempt Aug. 18, 2010, in Waterville; $400 fine.

• Jeremy L. Pasternak, 23, of Port Tobacco, Md., motor vehicle rule violation: operating with false duty record June 17, 2010, in Sidney; $500 fine.

• Danyelle Potter, 31, of China, theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property Nov. 24, 2010, in Winslow, $300 fine.

• Elmer L. Potter, 36, of China, theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property Nov. 24, 2010, in Winslow; $300 fine.

• Cristobal Roman, 24, of Waterville OUI Feb. 5 in Augusta; 180-day jail sentence, all but seven days suspended, credit for time served, one-year probation, $700 fine, three-year license and registration suspension.

• Leona P. Williams, 50, of Waterville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal trespass Jan. 15 in Waterville; 180-day jail sentence, all but 25 days suspended, one year administrative release, $7.50 restitution.

• Patrick M. Yoders, 35, of Waterville, OUI Sept. 25, 2010, in Waterville; 4-day jail sentence, to be served in the alternative sentencing program, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.
