MADISON — There will be two public hearings on the proposed natural gas pipeline from Richmond to Madison in preparation of the Nov. 8 ballot question asking voters if they favor the development. The hearings will be at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 13 and 27 in the Madison Area Junior High School auditorium.
