Shawn Gore reacts to bowling over several pins Thursday during the annual Bowl-A-Thon held in Hallowell by members of Families Matter to raise money for United Way. The Families Matter program, of Hallowell, helps mentally challenged individuals participate in activities outside the home. Goodwill program members also helped raise money for the annual drive for United Way by bowling.
