WINTHROP — Heather Miller and James McLellan were married June 11, 2011 in Winthrop at the home of the bride’s grandmother.

The bride is the daughter of Archie and LeeAnn Miller or Readfield. The groom is the son of Tim and Teri McLellan of Clinton.

Holly York, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Brittany Prescott was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Cherryl Madsen, Caitlin Turner, Carrie Lefrenier, and Whitney Butler. Usherettes were Megan Ferland, bride’s cousin, and Felecia Cates. Flower girl was Amelia Murphy.

Jared York, brother-in-law of the bride, and Travis McLellan, brother of the groom, were best men. Groomsmen were Matthew Lefrenier, Sam Semones, Matthew Grenier, and Kevin Hebert. Ring bearer was Tucker Lucas.

Mrs. McLellan is a 2004 graduate of Maranacook High School and a 2008 graduate of Capilo School of Hair Design. She is a cosmetologist at Bella Vita Salon in Machias.

Mr. McLellan is a 2004 graduate of Lawrence High School and a 2008 graduate of University of Maine with a bachelor’s degree in wildlife ecology and minor in fisheries. He is currently employed by Dept. of Marine Resources in Jonesboro.

Following a trip to Prince Edward Island, the couple live in Columbia Falls.
