FARMINGTON — Healthy Community Coalition of Greater Franklin County and Western Maine Community Action are partnering to help those in need sign up for fuel assistance from noon to 4 p.m. Tuesday at Walmart.

WMCA staff will be on the HCC mobile health unit to talk with visitors about the program that helps qualified families keep their house warm during the winter months. Eligibility is based on family size and income.

Sign up for fuel assistance or get the usual free health screenings offered at every visit. Services are made possible though funding from the United Way.

All visits are weather permitting and cancellations will be announced on radio station WKTJ 99.3 FM. No appointment is necessary.
