AUBURN — Emmalie Fellows and Jakob Guy were married Jan. 1, 2011, at East Auburn Baptist Church in Auburn.

The bride is the daughter of Paul and Deborah Fellows of West Gardiner. The groom is the son of John and Amanda Guy of Auburn. The bride is the granddaughter of Clarence and Sylvia Fellows of West Gardiner.

Melissa Bailey was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Laura Fellows, Dorothy Fellows, Laura Hansen and Hannah Veit.

Tim Sewall was best man. Ushers were Josh Cousineau, Alex Oakes, Tim Fellows and Jonathan Guy.

A reception was held at the East Auburn Baptist Church.

Mrs. Guy was homeschooled, graduating in 2007. She is currently studying at New England Bible College and is employed by the South Portland Nursing Home.

Mr. Guy is a 2007 graduate of Edward Little High School and is currently studying at New England Bible College. He is employed by Home Depot in South Portland and serving as Youth Pastor at the First Baptist Church of South Portland.

The couple took a wedding trip to Vermont to the VonTrapp Family Lodge and live in South Portland.
