Arrests

IN FAIRFIELD, Friday at 10:57 p.m., Casey Wilbur, 23, of New Vineyard, was arrested on charges of burglary and two counts of theft.

Saturday at 12:28 a.m., Samantha J. Reed, 21, of Fairfield, was arrested on a warrant.
