This letter is written in support of Corey Vose’s candidacy for the at-large seat on the Augusta City Council, which I now hold.

Vose has a demonstrated capability to lead Augusta, as proven by his work on the Augusta Planning Board, first as a member and currently as its chairman.

His philosophy on dealing with planning board actions and decisions demonstrates that he will be a viable council member for our city.

Corey is an outstanding young, multi-dimensional person with a degree in business (finance) from the University of Maine at Farmington and active in the community — from coaching youth athletics to serving on the 2007 Comprehensive Plan Committee.

He is committed to serving all of the people of Augusta, from its business people to those who live in its neighborhoods.
