WATERVILLE — Russell and Dianna Giguere of Waterville have announced the engagement of their son, Brian A.C. Giguere of Waterville to Dawn M. Ratliff of Waterville, daughter of David and Andrea Ratliff of Plantersville, Ala.

Brian is a 1992 graduate of Waterville High School and a 1995 graduate of Central Maine Technical College in Auburn. He is employed at Penmor Lithographers in Lewiston.

Dawn is a 1999 graduate of Maplesville High School. She is employed at the Comfort Inn in Waterville.

An August 2012 wedding is planned.
