RANGELEY — Taylor Esty had 14 points as the Rangeley girls basketball team earned a 62-25 win over Greater Portland Christian in an East-West Conference game on Tuesday.

Chantal Carrier added 12 points, eight rebounds and four steals for Rangeley (2-0). Emily Carrier chipped in nine points and seven steals, while Jenney Abbott had eight points, eight rebounds and five steals.

Suzanne Gonzalez had 11 points for GPC (1-1).

Greenville 51, Valley 36: Miranda Drinkwater led three players in double figures with 19 points as the Lakers earned the East-West Conference win.

Carli Peat added 16 points for Greenville (1-1) while Michaella Gilbert had 11.

Valley (0-2) was led by Hali McQuilkin with 11 points and nine rebounds and Jen Hovey with seven points and 10 rebounds.

Erskine 43, Lewiston 37: Bridget Humphrey had 14 points, 11 rebounds and three steals as the Eagles beat the Blue Devils in a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class A game in Lewiston.
Meryl Bond led all scorers with 21 points for Erskine, which improves to 1-1.

Jenessa Talarico had 10 points for Lewiston (0-2).

Brunswick 50, Lawrence 28: Becky Champagne had 14 points and seven assists as the Dragons beat the Bulldogs in a KVAC A game in Brunswick.

Liz Faulkner added 12 points for Brunswick (1-1).

Brianna Soucy had seven points for Lawrence (1-1).

Nokomis 57, Waterville 27: Kylee Richards had 11 points as the Warriors defeated the Purple Panthers in a KVAC B game in Waterville.

Kelsey Richards and Marissa Shaw each added eight points for Nokomis (2-0).
Asheigh Gagne had seven points for Waterville (1-1).

Leavitt 62, Winslow 47: Adrianna Newton scored 22 points as the Hornets beat the Black Raiders in a KVAC B game in Winslow.

Kristen Anderson added 18 points for Leavitt (2-0), which jumped out to a 33-20 lead in the first half.
Mariah Chenard and Hannah Doble each had seven points for Winslow (0-2).

MCI 39, Mt. View 32: Ashley Kitchin had 12 points as the Huskies beat the Mustangs in a KVAC B game in Pittsfield.

Sarah Bennett and Brianna Losee both had eight points for MCI (1-1).

Janelle Thornley had 19 points for Mt. View (0-2).

Mt. Blue 59, Brewer 37: Gabby Foye scored 28 points and Amy Hilton had 10 points as the Cougars beat the Witches in a KVAC A game in Farmington.

Jacyee Mullen added six points for Mt. Blue (1-1).

Deaven Smith had 12 points for Brewer (0-2).
