CANAAN — Ronda Nelson of Canaan and Randy Nelson of Sidney are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Nelson to Jay Pottle, son of Janice Pottle of Slatersville, R.I. and Paul Pottle of Dartmouth, Mass.
Ashley is a 2006 graduate of Skowhegan Area High School and a 2010 graduate of Kennebec Valley Community College. She is a Registered Nurse at Redington-Fairview General Hospital in Skowhegan.
Jay is a 2002 graduate of Burrillville High School, R.I. and is employed as a Service Technician by Directv in Portland.
An October 2012 wedding is planned.
