I got a chuckle after reading the last paragraph in an article of the Dec. 29 Morning Sentinel.

The article, on page C7, was headlined: “Tarzan’s chimpanzee sidekick Cheetah, dead at 80; or maybe not,” an AP story from Palm Harbor, Fla.

The last paragraph: “A similar claim about another chimpanzee that supposedly played Weissmuller’s second banana was debunked in 2008 in a Washington Post story.”
