WATERVILLE – Mayor Karen Heck is scheduled to host a press conference at 9:30 a.m. Thursday to discuss the impact of Gov. Paul LePage’s proposed cuts on the city.

The conference will be held in the city council chambers at The Center downtown. Heck said School Superintendent Eric Haley will discuss the impact of such cuts on Waterville schools.
