9:42 a.m., the school resource officer restored peace after a mother reported her son would not go to school.

2:26 p.m., a muskrat reportedly bit a dog on Railroad Avenue.

9:09 p.m., a 13-year-old child was reported missing on Pine Acres Drive.

Arrests

IN OAKLAND, Tuesday at 9:16 a.m., Roxane Marie Montgomery, 44, of 274 Hussey Hill Road, Oakland was arrested on charges of violating condition of release and misuse of emergency 911 system.

Tuesday at 10:49 p.m., Andrew A. Allen, 32, of 28 Center St., Oakland, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence-1 prior, and operating with an expired license more than 90 days.
