AUGUSTA — The following is a list of cases closed between Feb. 23, 2012, and Feb. 29, 2012, in Augusta District Court:

Jenny Cake, 34, of Augusta, operating under the influence April 24 in Augusta; $700 fine, 180-day jail sentence, with all but 10 days suspended, one year of probation, three-year license suspension.

Richard S. Cobb, 53, of Portland, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures and assault, both Feb. 28 in Augusta; 48-hour jail sentence, $300 fine.

Michael Jones, 34, of Gardiner, operating while license suspended or revoked and operating under the influence, both Feb. 23 in Gardiner; $950 in fines, 180-day jail sentence, with all but 10 days suspended, one year of probation, three-year license and registration suspension.

Walter F. Shea III, 26, of Jefferson, operating under the influence July 24, in Gardiner; $500 fine, 96-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.
