WATERVILLE — The city of Waterville and the Waterville Public Library will hold a community convergence, a monthly series for participants to learn about the opportunities and challenges facing the community.

The event will begin at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Waterville Public Library. “A mil here, a mil there, and what does it really matter?” will be an introduction to the basics of our municipal budget.
