WINSLOW — Rachel Brown, 13, recently auditioned and was accepted to the Joffrey Ballet Co. summer program in New York City. She was also awarded a scholarship. Brown is a student and assistant instructor at Laurie’s School of Dance where she studies ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, contemporary and modern.

Brown is the daughter of Glen and Lisa Brown of Winslow.
