WINSLOW — Application packets for Winslow Elementary School’s four-year-old program can be picked up at the school office 7 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday-Friday.

Applicants will be notified by Friday, May 4, regarding enrollment. Children need to be 4 years old on or before Oct. 15, 2012, and must be residents of Winslow. The registration packet, state-approved birth certificate, current immunization record, a recent small picture and current custody papers (if applicable) must be turned in by Wednesday, April 25.
