Two roads in Skowhegan, Back and Bigelow Hill roads, just went from horrible to something out of a science fiction novel.
The first chapter entails the high taxes that allows the “fortunate” patrons of said roads the privilege of destroying the suspensions on their vehicles.
The second chapter entails the excise taxes paid on those vehicles in lieu of front-end repair.
So if rock-hopping or Baja-wheeling, is your joy, save a buck, no need to travel, just come to Skowhegan.
