SCARBOROUGH — North East Mobile Health Services has announced some recent promotions.

Susan Downes has been promoted to the position of supervisor. Downes is retired from Winthrop Ambulance Service and was also employed by Delta Ambulance in Augusta and Community Emergency Service in Livermore.

Lori Rice has been promoted to the position of division commander. She resides in Durham with her husband, Matt and their three children.

Both positions are in the Topsham response division, serving Richmond, Dresden, Bowdoinham, and the greater Bath-Brunswick area.
