THORNDIKE — Maine children’s book author Lynn Plourde will visit kindergarten through fifth-grade students at Mount View Elementary School Monday, April 9, and Wednesday, April 11.

Plourde will share several of her books interactively on slides and turn one into a simple play. She will also meet with smaller groups of students to share stories and writing advice.

Plourde is a Skowhegan native who lives in Winthrop with her husband.
