SKOWHEGAN — School Administrative District 54 Adult and Community Education will offer a two-session course for parents, school staff and other adults about how to talk to teens about alcohol/drugs and sexual behavior. The sessions will take place 6:30-8:30 p.m. Wednesdays, April 4 and 11. Registration fee is $5 Participants will receive a certificate for four contact hours for staff development.
