NORTHPORT — Devon Smith and Mark Conopka were married Sept. 17, 2011, at Point Lookout Resort in Northport.

The bride is the daughter of Gordon and Janet Smith of East Winthrop. The groom is the son of William and Margaret Conopka of Stoughton, Mass.

Erica Smith, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Sarah Green Wilmot, Mariah Contreras, Laura Kenney and Karen Conopka were bridesmaids.

Stephen Conopka, brother of the groom, was best man. Seth Waterman, Gregory Kanarian and Daniel McElaney were groomsmen.

Edith Smith, aunt of the bride, performed the ceremony at The Summit at Point Lookout were the reception was also held.

The bride is a 1999 graduate of Winthrop High School and a 2003 graduate of Wheaton College in Norton, Mass. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from Boston College in 2005. She is employed by Riverside Community Care in Newton, Mass.

The groom is a 1998 graduate of Stoughton High School and a 2002 graduate of Babson College. He is employed by General Investment and Development in Boston, Mass.

The couple took a wedding trip to St. Lucia and now reside in South Boston, Mass.
