VASSALBORO — Kim and Rick St. Amand of Vassalboro have announced the engagement of their son, Benjamin Andrew Farnsworth to Angela Marie Dearborn, daughter of Charlie and Kathleen Dearborn of Richmond. Benn is also the son of John Farnsworth of Plaistow, N.H., formerly of South Gardiner.

Benjamin is a 2011 graduate of Gardiner Area High School and is in the U.S. Navy, stationed in Pensacola, Fla.

Angela is a 2011 graduate of Richmond High School.

A June 23, 2012, wedding is planned.
